It deals with the purchasing and selling of used or pre-owned cars and provides a convenient and hassle-free experience to customers who wish to buy or sell a used car. Nainital Motors commenced its True Value services in the year 2009, from its Maruti Suzuki Showroom located at Rampur Road. In February 2018, a stunning new showroom was inaugurated and it received great response from new as well as existing customers. Nainital Motors Pvt Ltd. commenced as an exclusive True Value showroom in February 2018. This opened a doorway to a huge number of pre-owned car customers. Not only this, but it also registered a sale of more than a hundred pre-owned cars since the month of February.

At present, Nainital Motors Pvt Ltd. has in operations, Maruti Suzuki True Value, along with sub-outlets in 7 locations spread across the hills in Kumaon. In Haldwani, True Value has a professional team of experts that share the company’s dedication towards a perfect environment as well as customer experience. The exclusive True Value showroom is located at Rampur Road and spans an area of 25000 square feet.
